Mr. Yaseen is former governor of state bank of Pakistan. He was deputy governor of state bank of Pakistan he took over the charge of the bank as acting governor on July 19 ,2011 after acceptance of the resignation of Shahid Hafeez Kardar but later he was appointed permanent Governor, State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), by the President of Pakistan, on 19th Oct 2011. Mr. Yasin Anwar is the 17th Governor of SBP .
